Off ice training should be an important part of any aspiring hockey players regiment. At Rice Memorial Prep, that is no different. Rice turns to Body Resolution for one-of-a-kind specific off ice training. Many strength and conditioning programs incorporate only power or only speed. Body Resolution is one-of-a-kind in the fact that it builds on the strength, speed, and hockey specific body movements.
For the 3rd year in a row, Rice Memorial Prep turns to Body Resolution team member, Ben Morse. Ben is a personal trainer and strength coach with the specializations and skills necessary to take you to the next athletic level. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, Ben believes that efficient movement patterns must first be developed before progressing towards strength and power development. Ben specializes in Olympic weightlifting, fitness weight management strategies, and power development. When he is not training, Ben pursues his other passion of practicing and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Joining Ben this year is Alex Soule-Regine. Alex believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires a balance of proper nutrition and exercise. As a multi-sport athlete and Athletic Trainer, Alex understands firsthand the importance of minimizing muscular imbalances to achieve optimal performance. With the appropriate prescription of corrective exercise, the individual will find themselves with less pain and performing at higher levels. When he is not at Body Resolution, Alex is playing soccer, skiing, or doing just about everything to stay active.
All of Body Resolution’s fitness professionals believe that the human kinetic chain must be aligned in order to achieve your true functional capacity.
